About Us
– Spill Response Wales
Who We Are
Spill Response Wales Ltd. operates with the sole aim of helping our clients manage environmental liabilities. We are a small, independent, family-run operation, that offers a combination of contracting and consultancy services. We operate from our own premises located centrally within Wales, where we can offer good a response time to the entire country.
What We Offer
The Spill Response Wales service offering is about being able to rapidly deploy the right expertise and equipment to the scene of an incident within a timely manner and taking appropriate action to manage any environmental impact. Following initial response works, we will work with our clients and, if required, the Regulatory Authorities to properly assess and clean up any residual contamination.
Our service offering falls into three key areas:
- Providing a rapid response where an incident may threaten human health or the environment;
- Undertaking further quantification and assessment of any land or water contamination; and
- Designing, implementing and verifying any long term remediation that may be required.
We also work with clients to plan, prepare and train for how best to respond to environmental incidents. We do this through conducting compliance audits, recommending pollution prevention and control measures, running spill exercises and providing spill response training courses.
